Professor Jennifer Chang on NPR: “Again a Solstice”

Assistant Professor Jennifer Chang

NPR has been asking poets to talk about their summers by reading their poems.  We’re pleased that our very own Professor Jennifer Chang was among the poets they chose.

The interview begins with a brief discussion of a time when Professor Chang was asked to submit a poem to the New York Times that was rejected for being “too dark.”

Listen to the conversation and Professor Chang’s reading here.

And summertime is indeed rapidly coming to a close.  The good news is, however, that this blog is coming back to life!  Watch this space regularly for all the news about GW English faculty, students, alums, and events.
